Destin Spring Break Arrest Attorneys
Destin has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, so it is no surprise that a lot of spring breakers choose Destin for a week of fun. In an effort to control the influx of young people in the area, Destin police officers sometimes become overzealous in their enforcement of the law. As a result, many students are arrested in a place where they don’t know anyone and don’t know where to turn for help. If you were arrested in Destin during spring break, I would like for you to give me a call and let me help you.

Will I have to come back to Destin if I got arrested on Spring Break?
Most likely, no. You were probably given a notice of a court date. That court date is called an arraignment, or plea day. As long as you have an attorney before that court date, you will not have to appear in person.
If you have not hired an attorney, you must appear in person at your court date, unless you were excused, in writing, by the Judge. Do NOT take the clerk of court’s word for it. You must appear unless your attorney, or the Judge, excuses you.
