If you are under 19 years old and commit video voyeurism, you will be charged with a 1^st degree misdemeanor, punishable by up to one year in county jail.

If you are 19 years old or older and commit video voyeurism, you will be charged with a 3^rd degree felony, punishable by up to five years in prison.
